No Meta business portfolio, or still on a personal TikTok account? Flag it in the questionnaire and we'll set it up together on a short call. The last question in the questionnaire confirms which invites you've sent.

Once your answers, assets, and access are in, we tear your current presence down to the studs. We look at what's earning attention, what's being scrolled past, and where your category is leaving white space nobody's claimed yet.
That read becomes your strategy and your first content calendar. You'll see it up to two weeks before anything publishes.

You see the plan, not a draft.
Your posting calendar is visible up to two weeks out. It's a window into decisions already made, not a vote.
Four rounds, then we roll.
Every asset, captions included, gets up to four rounds of revisions. Silence through the two-week window counts as a green light.
We bring you in when it matters.
Routine engagement is ours to handle. Anything that needs your legal awareness, business judgment, or inside context comes to you before we respond.
Community management keeps business hours.
On Growth and Scale, comments and DMs are handled 9 AM–5 PM Pacific, Monday through Friday. An automated reply covers the rest.
The first 90 days lay the foundation.
Real traction takes at least three months to build. We'll set performance goals once there's real data to set them against.

Who sees what we send?
Us, and nobody else. Your brand assets, business details, strategy, and audit findings stay inside this engagement.
Why editor access on the folder?
Because that folder runs both ways. You load your assets in, and we deposit your finished deliverables back into it.
What if we're missing assets?
Send what you have. The questionnaire and the audit show us exactly what needs to be built.
Why won't you take our passwords?
Partner access is safer, cleaner, and fully in your control. You can see exactly what we can touch and revoke it at any time. Our access is also removed within five days if the partnership ends.
When does posting start?
The moment onboarding is complete, within 25 days of kickoff. The faster your three steps land, the sooner you're live.
Can I change an answer after I submit?
Yes. Email us and we'll update your brief.
